CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs of appointment, will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost directly to the card on file. Cancellations within 2hrs of scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you are 10min late to your appointment you will be charged an additional $25 late fee. If you are 15min late your appointment will will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file and your appointment will be canceled.
