CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file. Services with deposits are nonrefundable. A new deposit will be needed to make another appointment. Cancellations, no shows, or rescheduling within 2hrs of scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. If you are 10min late to your appointment you will be charged an additional $15 late fee. If you are 15min late your appointment will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file and your appointment will be canceled.
